My darling friend Marjory made a lil book/zine and so I made her a unique vinegar blend for splashing on the finished chicken.
Romantic Chicken is about the everyday mysticism of both chicken (food/creature) and recipes (instruction/poem). It is also a practical (well, mostly practical) guide to cooking a whole chicken. Designed and illustrated by Eva Claycomb.
In celebration of the project, TART vinegar produced a special blend featuring herbs & citrus that is especially delicious when dribbled over a hot, crispy piece of chicken skin.
