Hawaiian Ginger

What a beautiful ginger dream.... this Zingiber variety of ginger is sourced from a small family farm located on the north shore of Kauai. The owners have been practicing regenerative farming for over 40 years. 

Now the important part... it taste insane. This batch was the one I would force everyone to smell if they visited the factory. Just the smell alone was indication it would be a big burst of flavor and yet I was still completely blown away by the final product.
