DILL VINEGAR 1 per order

I have attempted this a few times and it turns out the cycle knowns as "flowering" is the key to capturing the bright and vibrant flavor of dill. Makes sense. 

Also called "bolting" this is a natural process when the living conditions start to become less than ideal. Another way to look at it: the dill is grown outside and when winter is coming the plant will produce seeds to preserve its genetic makeup and survival. It's a small window. 

Also it's beautiful and reminds me of my favorite flower (weed) the Wild Carrot.
