This was a work in progress for so long! All herbs grown in New York and algae hand harvested in Maine are fermented separately with wild yeast using maple syrup from Vermont.
Herb explosion flavor balanced with rich umami that is a savory and salty flavor dream.
For the lazy salad maker (me) who just wants to splash a lil vinegar and olive oil on some fresh greens or splash in a finished soup for balance and added thickness.
